El Ezer Enterprise is in an active early stage of development.

The current focus is on securing initial funding, identifying the first viable property, and building the right team to support execution.

Efforts are concentrated in the Northeast Bronx, including areas such as Wakefield, where there is a clear need for stable and attainable homeownership opportunities.

Work underway includes:

• Monitoring property opportunities through auctions and local observation 
• Establishing relationships with a real estate professional and contractor 
• Preparing for initial feasibility analysis and project planning 

This phase is about building a solid foundation before taking on the first property.
