We focus on small residential properties that are underused or in need of repair. Most of our work centers on single-family homes in neighborhoods like the Northeast Bronx.

We source opportunities through local insight. This includes property auctions, direct observation in neighborhoods, and relationships within the real estate community.

Each property goes through a simple process.

First, we identify a viable opportunity.
Then we evaluate the condition, cost, and overall feasibility.
We coordinate the rehabilitation with trusted contractors.
Finally, the property is returned to the market at a price point that is attainable for working individuals and families who are already loan-approved.

The goal is not volume. The goal is to do one property the right way, and build from there.
